I used ziggyfamily.com on my phone and it was really easy to get around. The pages opened fast, and I didn’t have to keep tapping back and forth trying to figure out where things were, which I really appreciated.

The layout is simple, the buttons are clear, and the info was easy to understand, like, I could just do what I needed without overthinking it. The only small thing is that a few images could load a bit smoother maybe, but overall it felt simple, calm, and no-fuss.

"Saved a bit with a code"
Found a discount code quickly. It worked fine at checkout. The site was simple. Nothing fancy. But it saved me some money, so I’m happy.

I’ve ordered from here before and it used to be a lot better, but this time the wrong items showed up. I reached out to support hoping they’d fix it, but nothing really got resolved. Disappointing compared to my past experiences

"Wouldn’t buy this again"
This felt cheap right out of the box, and after just a few days it already started coming apart. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but this definitely didn’t hold up. Not worth the money in my opinion...

"Pretty decent, but maybe a bit pricey"
Everything was fine overall, and the site worked okay for me. I just kind of expected a little more for the price, though maybe I’m being picky. It wasn’t bad by any means, just felt a bit expensive for what you actually get. I might use it again if there’s a discount or something.

My order showed up faster than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. The tracking didn’t update as quickly as I would’ve liked, but everything still arrived fine. I’d say it’s worth trying if you don’t mind the tracking being a little slow

"I had to wait longer then I thought..."
I had to wait longer then I thought just to get a reply, and when they finally answered it was kind of vague. I asked what I thought was a simple question but still ended up having to follow up again. It wasn’t the worst experience or anything, but the communication really could be better. It made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be.

"Wish I’d Sized Up"
I ordered my usual size from ziggyfamily.com, and it fits well overall. The material is comfy and the size guide was mostly accurate, but the sleeves ended up being a bit snugger than I expected. It’s not uncomfortable, but I do kind of regret not going one size up. Still a nice piece, just not a perfect fit for me

I tried ziggyfamily.com for my kid, but some of the stuff felt a bit too grown-up for younger kids. It’s not total garbage or anything, but I definitely had to look through things first, which was annoying. The age guidance could be way clearer instead of making parents play guessing games like idiots.

I kept checking the tracking thinking, okay, maybe it’ll finally update today… but nope, barely any movement. I was basically just guessing when the package would show up, which was frustrating.

I reached out to Ziggy with a question, and they did eventually get back to me. I was expecting a quicker response, so the wait was a little disappointing. That said, the reply was useful and answered what I needed. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but I do think their customer service could be a bit more responsive.

"Support got it sorted, but wow it took a minute"
I had to reach out to after-sales about my order, and to be fair, they did eventually reply and fix the issue. But it took a few days and I had to chase them once, which is always a bit annoying. Like, I get that support teams are busy, but having to follow up just to keep things moving is not exactly ideal. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, and they did sort it in the end, but it definitely could’ve been quicker

"Good little site for family things"
I came across Ziggy when I was looking for easy stuff to do with the kids, and useful it actually was. My wife liked it too, which helped, because the site is simple to move around in and not all confusing like some are.
We found a few ideas for weekend time together, nothing super fancy or overdone. It just feels like it was made for regular families, which we liked, so yeah, 5 stars from us.

I liked the overall vibe of the site—it has a nice family-friendly feel and some sections are really cute. That said, a few pages felt a bit crowded, so it wasn’t always the easiest to browse around smoothly. If you’re checking it out, it’s definitely not bad, but I’d say go in expecting a charming design that could just use a little more breathing room and organization.

"Solid packaging, no issues"
The box showed up in good shape and everything inside was packed really securely. Nothing was damaged at all, which is always a relief. There was a little more tape than I’d prefer, but it’s not a big deal. Overall, I’m happy with it and would recommend.
